Leading veterinary charity, PDSA, exists to care for the pets of people in need by providing free veterinary services to their sick and injured animals and promoting responsible pet ownership.

This year PDSA will provide more than 2.3 million free treatments to sick and injured pets and more than 380,000 preventive treatments.

PDSA’s history in the UK dates back to 1917 with just one clinic in London established by animal welfare pioneer, Maria Dickin CBE. Today we have 43 PetAid hospitals, 5 PetAid branches and over 360 PetAid practices UK-wide. The annual running cost of the charity is over £50 million which is funded entirely by public support.
