When you place an order on this Website, this represents an offer by you to purchase goods. We are under no obligation to accept such an offer. When you submit your order you are allowing pdsa-shop.co.uk to use your personal details to fulfil your order. Following your order you will be sent an acknowledgement email. This acknowledgement is NOT an order confirmation or order acceptance from us but simply an acknowledgement that your order has been received. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us takes place on despatch to you of the goods ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. We do not file the details of your order, therefore please print out these Terms & Conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. Please note that once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order or make any amendments to the address or items ordered. Price and Payment
Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order and checked details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and we will where possible send substitute goods. In the event of such failure to supply goods or your return of substitute goods that you do not accept a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. Title to any goods you order on this Website shall pass to you on delivery of the goods provided we have processed and received payment in full for the goods. All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates. Prices are continually reviewed and may result in some prices showing differently on our Website from one day to the next. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. The price of items in your shopping basket are the most recent prices shown on the product's detail page. Delivery and P&P
We charge £4.99 per order only, irrespective of the number of items or number of deliveries.
Availability
We aim to deliver within 10 working days using Royal Mail or courier. Please allow a further 7 days before you query a non-delivery. Items marked DD may arrive in a separate parcel, so please allow up to 21 days for these items to reach you. Orders are welcome for delivery to UK addresses only. We regret that we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers. Plants will be delivered by first class post. Young plants must be delivered at their optimum stage of development, so some may not be ready for immediate despatch at the time of ordering. Please refer to the plant details in the catalogue or on the website. We will use reasonable endeavours to meet these estimated timescales however sometimes delays may occur. We shall not be liable to you for any such delay or failure to deliver the goods within these estimated timescales.
Risk
Risk of loss or damage of or to the goods passes to you on the date when goods are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

pdsa-shop.co.uk supply goods, which are guaranteed to be durable and reliable. In the event that any product purchase proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund.
